# Plans, credits, and usage

Open **Settings → Billing & plan** for your plan, available credits, charged usage, and plan allowances. Owners can also manage billing, buy available credit packs, and cancel a subscription when those actions are available. Use the billing portal to download invoices and receipts or update payment details.

**Usage this period** shows credits posted to your Team’s ledger. Choose the billing cycle, a recent period, or custom dates. The daily chart and data table use UTC and group charges into AI models, external tools billed through Atmina, storage and search, image descriptions, and any other recorded charges. Your available balance is the current balance even when you select a past period.

Administrators can explore supported member, agent, model, and knowledge-base breakdowns and export the selected report. Model breakdowns cover AI charges only. **Unassigned** means the recorded charge cannot be attributed reliably; it does not mean nobody used the service. Daily shared charges stay unassigned rather than being estimated across people. External-tool charges may be posted later after daily settlement, so a recent day may still be incomplete.

CSV exports use the same posted-charge snapshot and filters as the displayed report. Refresh the report to include charges posted since it was loaded.

Trust the choices and limits shown in the app rather than copied figures.
