# Your data

Your Team’s memory is yours. Use [Files](https://atmina.ai/docs/files-workbench) to inspect text, supported assets, generated material, and provenance, and decide what agents may [capture](https://atmina.ai/docs/capture-and-recall).

## Isolation and access

Each Team’s Knowledge Bases are stored and searched separately. [Sharing and roles](https://atmina.ai/docs/sharing-and-roles) decide who can reach a base. Publishing allows anonymous access to a defined collection within a base. The default includes published pages and their permitted referenced assets; other files stay outside it unless an owner opts them in. Review [the public collection](https://atmina.ai/docs/publish-a-knowledge-base) before widening access. Removing access blocks new anonymous requests once confirmed, but cannot recall copies already downloaded.

## Export, archive, and restore

You can export a Knowledge Base, Team, or account. Large exports are prepared in the background and delivered through a time-limited link. A Knowledge Base may be archived and later restored from **Team Settings → Archived**.

## Erasure

Erasing a base destroys its files, blocks uploads, disconnects sources, and removes search material while retaining compact audit evidence required by the product. Erasing a Team also deletes its chats, including tool results such as the answers to paid data calls. Team and account deletion have wider ownership checks. Export first, read the typed confirmation, and wait for asynchronous work to finish before assuming it completed.
