Knowledge Bases
A Knowledge Base is an addressable collection of files, notes, supported assets, and generated context that your agents can recall. It belongs to one Team and is the unit Atmina uses for search, sharing, and MCP access.
Start with one base for a real area of work. Add another when material needs a different audience or lifecycle, such as one per project or client.
What lives in a base
Files use logical paths such as decisions/q3-roadmap.md. Agents capture to those paths and recall from the content they can search. Use the Files workbench to inspect the catalog, source, searchability, and available preview. Supported images can be viewed in the app; some stored formats are not searchable or previewable.
A public base exposes only its published collection to anonymous readers and search. By default, this means published pages plus permitted assets they reference; owners can explicitly include additional folders. Files outside that collection remain unavailable anonymously. Read sharing and roles before widening access.
