Quick start

Sign in, create a Team, then create a Knowledge Base for one real area of work. Give it a clear name and description so people and agents know what belongs there.

Open the Knowledge Base and follow Connect your agent. Complete the browser sign-in from your MCP client, then ask the agent to save a short decision at a useful path such as decisions/launch-date.md. Ask a question that the decision answers and open the cited source to check it.

If connection fails, remove the incomplete connection in Account → MCP connections and start again. If recall misses the new file, open Files to confirm it exists and allow indexing time before retrying.

Continue with capture and recall, Knowledge Bases, and connect your agent.
