Members and collaborators

Open Members to see Team members and outside collaborators. Owners and admins can invite people and change roles. The owner can transfer ownership to another member when account and billing rules permit.

Expand a person to inspect the Knowledge Bases they can view, edit, or manage, and their read-only lenses. Outside collaborators receive access to selected Knowledge Bases without becoming ordinary Team members.

Removing a membership ends the access derived from that membership. Direct Knowledge Base shares are evaluated separately, so review the person’s expanded access before making a change.
